Studio Hire Policy – Inspire Studios

Thank you for choosing Inspire Studios. To ensure a safe, respectful, and smooth experience for everyone using our space, we kindly ask all hirers to adhere to the following policy:

1. Hire Rate

The studio is available to hire at a rate of £10 per hour.

Payment must be made in full prior to or on the day of hire, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Use of Lights

Please ensure all lights are switched off at the end of your hire.

If lights are left on after your booking, an additional fee will be charged to cover electricity costs and staff time.

3. Respect for the Studio

We ask that all users treat the studio with respect. This includes:

• - Leaving the space clean and tidy.
• - Not using or moving any equipment without prior permission.
• - No eating or drinking (except water) in the studio unless previously agreed.
• - All rubbish must be taken away or disposed of properly at the end of the session.

4. Damage and Liability

Any damage to the studio, equipment, or property during the hire period is the responsibility of the hirer.

Hirers will be invoiced in full for any repairs, replacements, or cleaning required due to misuse or negligence.

5. Security

All doors must be locked securely upon leaving the premises.

Inspire Studios cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to secure the studio properly.

6. Health & Safety / Injury Disclaimer

Inspire Studios accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage sustained by hirers or their participants during the use of the premises.

It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure all users act safely and within their capabilities, and to carry out their own risk assessments if needed.

This disclaimer is in addition to and separate from any liability insurance held by Inspire Studios.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% charge of the agreed hire fee.

8. Overrunning Bookings

Please respect the time slot you have booked. If you overrun your time, additional charges will apply.

9. End of Hire Checklist

Please ensure the following before you leave:

• All lights are turned off
• All doors are locked securely
• The studio is left clean and in the condition you found it

Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional charges or restrictions on future bookings.
