Inspire Studios – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Policy

Statement

Inspire Studios is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all students and staff. This policy outlines our approach to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information. It replaces the previous Data Protection Act.

GDPR requires that personal data is processed fairly, lawfully and transparently. It must be collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, and only processed with the individual’s knowledge and consent. At Inspire Studios, we are fully committed to protecting the rights and freedoms of all individuals whose personal data we collect—this includes students, parents, carers, visitors, and staff.

This policy outlines how we handle and protect your information in compliance with GDPR.
